Your tasks at Geiger:
- Full organizational and admin support for the management
- Independent management, prioritizing, and coordination of appointments, requests, and internal workflows
- Planning, organizing, and handling business trips
- Structured prep and follow-up for meetings
- Handling correspondence independently and proactively
- Preparing topics, documents, and decision-making materials for management
- Acting as a central link between management, internal departments, and external partners, customers, and authorities
- Independent planning, organization, and execution of internal events
- Making sure information flows smoothly
- Active involvement in developing, optimizing, and digitizing admin processes
What we're looking for:
- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree with a business focus
- Several years of professional experience in an assistant role at the executive or comparable decision-making level
- Strong skills in structured work organization, prioritizing, and confidently handling parallel tasks in a dynamic environment
- High level of independence and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working with a clear eye for priorities and connections
- Confident and responsible handling of confidential info, plus strong loyalty and reliability when working with management
- Great communication skills, a professional vibe, and a good sense for different contacts and sensitive situations
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps, especially Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote, as well as AI tools
