Work Planner in Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Tasks
- You'll work out construction workflow concepts and be responsible for putting them into action for each stage of the build
- You'll create bid and execution schedules on your own
- You're in charge of planning the site setup and logistics
- You'll develop and tweak construction methods to fit specific project needs
- You'll plan and optimize the formwork system
- You'll write up technical reports for bids and execution
What we're looking for
- A degree in construction management, business engineering, or civil engineering (University/Technical College) or something similar
- Several years of experience in a similar role and/or managing sites regarding work prep and scheduling
- Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, and standards in construction
- BIM and LEAN skills are a plus
- Good with MS Office and billing/calculation software (idealerweise ARRIBA/RIB iTWO)
- Experience with time-distance scheduling software (Tilos) and project planning software (PowerProject, MS-Project)
- High level of commitment and an independent, results-oriented way of working
