Your tasks at Geiger
- Installation work when building new water treatment plants as part of environmental remediation projects or in industrial water treatment, e.g. welding pipelines, mainly plastic
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work on water treatment plants, blowers, and pumps
- Finding the cause of faults and fixing issues on water treatment plants
- Checking and adjusting process parameters
What we’re looking for
- Completed technical training as a metalworker (m/f/d), fitter/locksmith (m/f/d), heating and plumbing installer (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or similar
- Ideally, experience in plant construction/engineering
- Knowledge of measurement, control, and automation technology is a plus
- Willingness to work on installation sites – we cover the cost of good single rooms, plus per diem
- High willingness to travel required
- Class B driver’s license
