What you will do with us
What are your tasks as a foreman at Implenia? * Helping build reinforced concrete structures in civil engineering (like bridges or noise barriers) at construction sites in the regional area (Southwest Germany, mainly Baden-Württemberg) * Leading and guiding a construction crew in coordination with the site manager * Doing formwork independently based on technical plans in civil engineering * Making sure all relevant safety rules and occupational health measures are followed on site * Willingness to work and travel for projects in Southwest Germany (Baden-Württemberg) What qualifications make you a good fit for the Freiburg branch? * Completed training as a reinforced concrete worker or similar work experience as a foreman * Work experience in civil engineering is a plus * Independent and team-oriented way of working * Willingness to work shifts, including nights and sometimes on weekends * Working on projects in Southwest Germany, mainly Baden-Württemberg
