Your tasks at eins Plan
- Helping out with the planning, calculation, tendering, and awarding of technical systems
- Creating detailed designs for building services systems according to HOAI, focusing on practicality and functionality
- Supporting construction and project management on a variety of building projects
- Working within an interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and technicians to develop sustainable solutions
- Bringing in creative ideas and working independently on projects
- Taking on responsibility in both technical and organizational areas
What we’re looking for
- A completed degree or vocational training in building services engineering, ideally with prior professional training
- Motivated career starters are also welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge in the design and sizing of HVAC components
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, ideally topped off with experience in liNear
- Solid technical knowledge of the relevant trades as well as the standard codes and regulations
- An interest in sustainable construction and modern planning methods, especially model-based BIM planning
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, team spirit, and a structured, reliable way of working
