Technical Team Lead (m/f/d) - Parking Spaces
What you will do with us
Your Tasks:
- In this leadership role, you'll take on the strategic, professional, and disciplinary responsibility for the "Parking Space" group.
 - You're responsible for personnel planning as well as leading a team of about 20 people.
 - Can't do without it: Preparing, executing, and billing construction projects are part of your tasks.
 - You always keep an eye on the construction process in terms of economic, technical, and time criteria.
 - You know your numbers and continuously check the development of the construction site results, reporting directly to the department management.
 - You manage equipment, construction machinery, materials, and personnel cost-effectively, on time, and in compliance with our corporate guidelines.
 - You handle the coordination of subcontractor and contractor services routinely and with great oversight.
 - Our construction sites are primarily located within the states of Baden-Württemberg and Hesse, as well as near the state borders of Rhineland-Palatinate and Bavaria.
 
Your Qualifications:
- Ideally, you have completed a degree in civil engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or have a comparable qualification.
 - In the past, you have already led other employees professionally and/or disciplinarily and have the corresponding experience, interpersonal skills, and assertiveness.
 - You are well-versed in construction and project management - experience with mastic asphalt and in the field of sealing is an advantage.
 - You are completely confident in construction contract law and the VOB and also count negotiation skills among your strengths.
 - You are very open to digitalization and are proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, ideally also in the iTWO software.
 - A willingness to travel occasionally in the aforementioned acquisition area is a given for you.
 - You think and act like an entrepreneur, which is reflected in your independent, committed, and responsible way of working.
