Your Tasks

• Responsible for implementing our townhouse and apartment projects following standardized processes
• Ensuring technical quality and economic efficiency
• Leading employees with gradual preparation for a disciplinary leadership role
• Managing and monitoring construction site processes
• Reviewing and approving invoices
• Close collaboration with internal departments at headquarters

Your Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, preferably in turnkey construction
• Ability to lead and motivate employees professionally
• Solid knowledge of relevant DIN standards and building regulations
• High technical understanding and practical experience in project management
