Tasks at eins Plan

• Leading and developing a team of planning coordinators (m/f/d) responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensuring a clearly structured and standardized process for delivering planning services
• Focusing on execution planning with special consideration for feasibility on the construction site
• Coordinating external and internal planning participants to promote solution-oriented collaboration
• Developing standards, processes, and tools to ensure efficiency and quality in all projects and preparing for the integration of AI-supported methods and digital workflows

What we're looking forward to

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field
• At least eight years of experience in project management/planning coordination, complemented by personal planning experience
• Experience with complex construction projects with a volume of 50 million euros or more, along with a strategic view for team and process development
• Solid technical knowledge of all relevant trades and confidence in dealing with standards and regulations (HOAI, VOB, building codes, DIN standards, procurement, and contract management)
• Affinity for digital methods and tools, especially in the area of BIM, model-based processes, SharePoint, CDE systems, and Lean Management
• Initial leadership experience and enthusiasm for teamwork and integrative planning with a focus on collaborative solution development
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate, motivate, delegate, and structure
