HVAC Master Craftsman as Project Manager for Craft Partners Heat Pumps (m/f/d)

Employment: Full-time · 100% Remote · no travel

Pay: €3,500 gross/month fixed + commission up to €3,500 gross/month

Your Mission

To make sure the heating transition reaches everyone, we work with craft partners across Germany – specialist companies that install our heat pumps for customers. You make sure this collaboration runs smoothly: you manage the capacity and workload of the partner teams and ensure every installation is finished on time. And you do it all completely from your home office.

Your Tasks

• Manage capacity: You plan and control the capacity and workload of our craft partner teams and ensure orders are distributed efficiently.
• Take charge of deadlines: You're responsible for making sure the heat pump installations in your area are finished on time.
• Solve bottlenecks: You're the go-to person for the partner companies and clear up problems before they mess up the schedule.

Your Profile

• Master craftsman title in HVAC – mandatory
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in project or team management – mandatory
• Hands-on mentality: You tackle problems directly instead of just managing them
• Independent, structured way of working – ideal for working from home
