Service Technician (m/f/d) for Heating, Sanitary, and Air Conditioning Technology (HVAC)

Your Tasks

• Independently taking care of our customers as a service technician in customer service
• Fixing issues and performing maintenance and adjustments on heating and solar systems
• Independently organizing appointments with end customers and planning deployments in collaboration with our service department
• Quality checking between work steps and jointly inspecting the work with end customers in collaboration with our HVAC department
• Independently organizing the necessary material procurement with our contract partners
• Documenting daily assignments in writing

Your Profile

• Completed training in heating and building technology or a similar qualification
• Additional knowledge in the plumbing area is a plus
• Work experience in residential construction
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
• Class B driver's license and willingness to handle longer travel distances to construction sites from Frankfurt to Freiburg
• Customer-friendly and engaging demeanor
