What you will do with us
Tasks:
- Ensure all building and electronic systems in the managed properties are in proper condition.
- Conduct inspections, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and upkeep according to current technical regulations.
- Independently resolve issues, proactively optimize operations, and handle customer concerns with a service-oriented approach.
- Independently test portable and fixed systems according to DGUV Regulation 3.
- Record all completed work seamlessly using mobile devices to ensure traceability and quality.
Your Profile:
- Technical training in the electrical field, e.g., as an Electronics Technician / Electrician / Energy Systems Technician / specializing in Operational Technology / Energy and Building Technology / Automation and Systems Technology or Electrical Installer.
- Customer-oriented, committed team player for whom teamwork and reliability are a given.
- Ideally with some work experience, but newcomers are also warmly welcome!
- Service-oriented demeanor, responsible and independent work style.
- German language skills at Level B2 / Driver's license Class B.
