Your role in the company

In this position, you'll represent our electronic security solutions in direct contact with customers on-site and remotely, acting as a competent contact person for new and existing clients. You'll be active in the market, identify customer needs, and develop suitable concepts together with our technical departments. You'll guide projects from the first conversation through technical and commercial planning to a successful close. A special focus of your work is on fire alarm systems (BMA), which is the central and most important pillar of our sales. Additionally, you'll actively help drive the expansion of video technology as a growing business area.

Your tasks at a glance:

  • Actively winning new customers and sustainably expanding existing business relationships
  • Analyzing individual customer requirements and developing suitable technical solution concepts
  • Convincingly presenting our systems and services to decision-makers and users
  • Working closely with technology, costing, and project management to prepare tailor-made offers
  • Supporting offer and project processes until the contract is successfully signed
  • Focusing on managing and developing projects in the field of fire alarm systems (BMA)
  • Actively contributing to the expansion of video technology as a strategic growth area
  • Monitoring market and technology trends and bringing your own ideas to the further development of our sales

What makes you stand out

  • Completed technical or commercial training with further training as a technician, master craftsman, or a degree – ideally in electrical engineering, communication technology, or security technology
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales, especially in fire alarm systems (BMA)
  • Interest and motivation to help build and develop the video technology sector
  • Knowledge in other areas of security technology (intruder alarms, access control, voice alarms, PA systems) is a plus
  • Experience in technical sales, especially in solution and project business
  • Strong technical understanding combined with business thinking
  • Confident communication and negotiation skills on equal footing with customers, partner companies, and technical departments
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working as well as high initiative
  • Strong customer orientation and the ability to explain complex technical content clearly
  • Business-fluent German skills (C1)
