Project Manager (m/f/d) Change Order Management / Estimation - Full or Part-time

Tasks at KS Engineering:

• Reviewing contracts during the bidding phase based on various standards (VOB contracts, functional performance descriptions, and other contract docs)
• Risk assessments regarding potential changes in construction schedules
• Compiling legal bases for claims related to the construction contract
• Preparing change order offers on time and according to contract in collaboration with site management and relevant departments
• Preparing and processing construction time extensions, including cases of disrupted workflows
• Ensuring contract-relevant documentation and supporting correspondence
• Preparing and conducting change order negotiations, as well as enforcing compensation claims
• Checking expert reports, offers, and subcontractor change orders for accuracy

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Construction), or Business Admin with a focus on construction management, or a construction technician with professional experience
• Knowledge in construction operations, contract law, scheduling, and estimation
• Good skills in MS Office, iTWO, and scheduling software, plus very good German skills
• Team player with a confident manner, strong communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
