Tasks at Geiger
- Creating planning concepts, identifying optimization potential and special proposals
- Bid processing, calculation of the TBS part of our turnkey construction projects
- Managing the TBS planning process
- Tendering, bid evaluation and involvement in awarding TBS subcontractor services
What we're looking for
- A degree in building services engineering, or a technician/master craftsman qualification in heating/ventilation/air conditioning/plumbing or similar training
- Practical experience on construction sites is a must; alternatively, initial professional experience as a project manager in the field mentioned above is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office applications, knowledge of calculation programs is a plus
- An independent working style and a strong sense of cost awareness
- Team spirit, commitment, and flexibility
