Tasks at Geiger:
- Creating planning concepts, identifying optimization potential and special proposals
- Processing offers, calculating the technical building services part of our turnkey construction projects
- Managing the technical building services planning process
- Tendering, evaluating offers and helping with the awarding of technical building services subcontractor services
What we're looking for:
- A degree in supply engineering, or a technician/master craftsman qualification in heating/ventilation/air conditioning/plumbing or a similar background
- Practical experience on construction sites is a must, alternatively initial professional experience as a project manager in the field mentioned above is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office applications, knowledge of calculation programs is a plus
- An independent working style and a strong awareness of costs
- Team spirit, commitment and flexibility
