Your tasks at Geiger
- Creating design concepts, identifying optimization potential and special proposals
- Processing bids and calculating the technical building services part of our turnkey projects
- Managing the technical building services planning process
- Tendering, evaluating bids, and helping with the awarding of subcontracts for technical building services
What we're looking for
- A degree in supply engineering, or a technician/master craftsman certificate in heating/ventilation/air conditioning/plumbing or similar training
- Practical experience on construction sites is a must; alternatively, initial professional experience as a project manager in the field mentioned above is desirable
- Confident with MS Office; knowledge of calculation software is a plus
- An independent working style and a strong sense of cost-awareness
- Team spirit, commitment, and flexibility
