What's in it for you
- Independent and responsible realization of demanding turnkey construction projects
- Leading and coordinating subcontractors used on the construction sites
- Ensuring all work on site is executed according to quality, deadlines, and budget
- Creating tenders as well as negotiating, awarding, and billing subcontractor services
What you bring to the table
- Degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects
- Technical competence, economic thinking, initiative, and solution-oriented organizational skills
- Enjoyment in coordinating complex processes, teamwork, and flexibility
