- Independent and responsible realization of demanding turnkey construction projects
- Leading and coordinating subcontractors on the construction sites
- Making sure all work on-site is done with high quality, on time, and within budget
- Creating tenders as well as negotiating, awarding, and billing subcontractor services
What you bring to the table:
- Degree in civil engineering or a similar qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in managing construction projects
- Technical competence, business mindset, initiative, and solution-oriented organizational skills
- Enjoying the coordination of complex processes, teamwork, and flexibility
