Project Manager (m/f/d) Pollutant Remediation
We're looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for challenging renovation projects in the field of existing building construction. The projects are located in both Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria - ranging from historical to more recent buildings.
Location: Achstetten | Start: immediately
Tasks at KS
- Project management from preparation to billing for renovations (asbestos, PAH, and mineral wool)
- Compliance with waste laws, occupational safety, and environmental regulations
- Economic optimization of projects while considering contractual and technical requirements
- Motivating leadership of interdisciplinary construction site teams
- Strategic planning of capacities and resources
- Active involvement in shaping the future of "building in existing contexts" - a growth market with huge potential
We're looking forward to
- A completed degree in Construction Project Management, Business Administration for Construction and Real Estate, Industrial Engineering (Construction), Civil Engineering, or a similar field
- Leadership and construction site experience, but we're also happy to invest in the potential of career starters
