Tasks at KS Engineering:
- Project management from preparation to final billing of remediations (asbestos, PAH, and mineral wool)
- Compliance with waste laws, occupational safety, and environmental regulations
- Economic optimization of projects while considering contractual and technical requirements
- Motivating leadership of interdisciplinary construction site teams
- Strategic planning of capacities and resources
- Active involvement in shaping the future of "Building in Existing Contexts" - a growth market with huge potential
What we're looking for:
- A degree in Construction Project Management, Business Administration for Construction and Real Estate, Industrial Engineering (Construction), Civil Engineering, or a similar field
- Leadership and construction site experience, but we're also happy to invest in the potential of career starters
- An independent and structured way of working
- Assertiveness and reliability
