What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You independently lead project teams in structural design for civil engineering and tunnel construction and provide technical guidance
- You ensure that proposal and execution projects are optimally planned in terms of timing and cost by utilizing internal and external planning teams
- You are responsible for preparing structural calculations in tunnel construction and civil engineering, ensuring site-appropriate planning
- You create budgets and take on cost and schedule control in the project
- You identify contract deviations and are responsible for creating and tracking change orders
- What We Rely On
- Successfully completed studies in civil engineering (M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing.)
- Several years of relevant experience in a similar position, especially in conventional tunnel construction (shotcrete method), is required
- In-depth knowledge in structural design of tunnel construction and execution planning
- Solid computer skills required, and experience with SOFiSTiK or SOFiPLUS software is desirable
- Conceptual, analytical, and structured work approach combined with solution-oriented actions
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
- Team player
- Fluent German in spoken and written form and good English skills required
- French skills are an advantage
