Project Manager for Industrial Construction (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Creative Freedom in Regional Projects: Short decision paths, room for decision-making, and a stable project environment allow you to truly create rather than just manage.
• Independent Project Management: You lead and manage our mainly regional construction projects in industrial and commercial building, from execution planning through subcontractor coordination to handover and billing to the client.
• Competent Point of Contact: You communicate with clients and other project participants.
• Process Development & Talent Promotion: You actively support us in the further development of our processes (e.g., BIM) and in training our young talents.

Your Profile

• Completed technical studies in construction - e.g., civil engineering, construction technology / construction and project management - or a comparable qualification as a technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in independently managing construction projects in industrial and commercial building
• Flexibility, commitment, sense of responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills
• Independent, project- and goal-oriented working style
• Valid Class B driver's license
