What you will do with us
Your Tasks:
- Leading a crew
- Goal-oriented and timely preparation and execution of construction sites
- Planning, executing, managing, and ensuring the construction process in coordination with site management
- Supporting site management, for example, in dealings with clients or authorities
- Economical planning of personnel, equipment, and materials
- Implementing measures for work safety as well as health and environmental protection
Your Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in road construction or a similar qualification
- Further training as a "Certified Foreman" or "Site Foreman" or a similar qualification
- Relevant leadership experience is an advantage
- Ideally qualified to operate construction machinery (especially excavators)
- PC skills desirable (Email, Microsoft Word, and Excel)
- Team player, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
- Independent and committed work style
- Class B driver's license
