What you will do with us

Details about the role and requirements

Do you have a technical or planning background and want to keep track of planning, schedules, and interfaces in demanding construction and infrastructure projects?

Then we're looking for you for our projects in structural engineering, industrial construction, and infrastructure.

As a Planning Coordinator (m/f/d), you'll take on a central role between planning, project management, and execution. You'll coordinate internal and external project participants, manage planning processes, and make sure that technical requirements, deadlines, quality, and budget constraints all fit together.

What's in it for you?

• Coordinating planning for structural, industrial, and infrastructure projects • Managing and monitoring planning processes, plan flows, and deadlines • Coordinating interfaces between architecture, specialist planning, project management, and execution • Checking planning documents for technical, economic, and contractual requirements • Identifying, evaluating, and tracking plan changes • Coordinating with internal specialist planners, external planning offices, and other project participants • Coordinating planning from the bidding phase to execution • Optimizing technical solutions together with the respective project participants • Supporting the tendering and awarding of planning services • Helping with the technical evaluation of supplementary claims • Monitoring and coordinating deadlines and dependencies within the planning phase • Working closely with project management and BIM management • Assisting with project documentation and ensuring structured plan filing

What should you bring to the table?

You come from one of these areas, for example:

• Civil Engineering • Architecture • Construction Technology • Project Management or Project Control in construction • Execution Planning or Specialist Planning • Or a comparable technical qualification

Also important to us:

• Experience in planning coordination, execution planning, project management, or specialist planning • Technical and economic understanding • Experience working across different trades and disciplines • Good understanding of planning and construction workflows • Ability to keep an eye on deadlines, interfaces, and dependencies • Structured and independent way of working • Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking • Good communication and teamwork with various project participants • Good German skills

Knowledge of MS Office as well as CAD and BIM systems is a plus.

Experience with project software and creating, maintaining, or updating construction schedules and timelines is also helpful.

Possible even with a comparable technical qualification

You don't come directly from classic planning coordination, but you already have experience in execution planning, specialist planning, project control, or project management?

Then this position could still be interesting for you.

What matters most to us is your technical understanding, your experience with planning and construction processes, and your ability to coordinate different project participants and interfaces in a structured way.
