What you will do with us
Your tasks:
- Coordinate and manage test construction sites in the heat pump sector
- Collect, analyze, and process feedback from operational activities
- Develop and implement measures to boost the productivity of assembly teams
- Optimize assembly organization as well as cost and process efficiency
- Ensure and further develop structured documentation processes
What you should bring:
- Completed HVAC training
- Work experience in the heat pump sector
- Class B driver's license
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel for regular site and team visits
