Tasks

  • Responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of employees in your project
  • Ensure the delivery of contractually agreed services for the assigned project
  • Main point of contact for the client regarding all technical building management questions
  • Manage the project team and plan staff deployment, ensuring internal service billing for assigned employees
  • Project responsibility for complex technical systems

Profile

  • Technician, Master, Bachelor, Engineer - ideally in Facility Management and/or Technical Building Equipment, Supply Technology, Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning Technology, or Electrical Engineering
  • Class B driver's license
  • Ideally, good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Planon
  • Strong quality and cost awareness and high service orientation
