What you will do with us
Tasks
- Responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of employees in your project
- Ensure the delivery of contractually agreed services for the assigned project
- Main point of contact for the client regarding all technical building management questions
- Manage the project team and plan staff deployment, ensuring internal service billing for assigned employees
- Project responsibility for complex technical systems
Profile
- Technician, Master, Bachelor, Engineer - ideally in Facility Management and/or Technical Building Equipment, Supply Technology, Heating-Ventilation-Air Conditioning Technology, or Electrical Engineering
- Class B driver's license
- Ideally, good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and Planon
- Strong quality and cost awareness and high service orientation
