Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for construction projects from planning to acceptance
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the project team
• Managing and coordinating multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget
• Conducting annual and target agreement discussions

Your Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• At least five years of experience in managing larger construction projects
• Experience in technical and disciplinary leadership of project teams
• Negotiation skills, strong communication, and persuasive power
• Technical understanding as well as economic and cross-departmental thinking
• Strong assertiveness and confident demeanor at all levels
