Your tasks at Geiger
- Taking charge of managing, leading, and monitoring all projects during the execution phase
- Helping the site management with work prep and project organization
- Leading and mentoring site managers and industrial staff
- Making sure construction work is done right, on time, and within budget
- Ensuring all contractual, technical, and legal requirements are met
- Looking after customers and planners while the work is being done
What we're looking for
- A degree in civil engineering or environmental sciences, ideally focused on geotechnics, civil engineering, or environmental technology
- Alternatively: completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of experience as a senior site manager or project manager in remediation/civil engineering with responsibility for staff, budgets, and equipment
- Handling and pushing through supplementary claims
- An independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Strong assertiveness and a professional manner
