Your tasks at Geiger
- Working in a team to assemble our eco-friendly, prefabricated timber modules into turnkey buildings
- Helping out with custom timber projects like residential homes, public buildings, commercial properties, and similar high-prefab projects
- Installing flooring and doors at module joints
- Fine-tuning doors and windows
- Fitting roof cladding
- Handling finishing touches on the construction site
- Doing quality checks and documentation based on company guidelines
- Taking care of touch-ups, service, or warranty work
What we’re looking for
- A completed apprenticeship as a joiner, carpenter, wood mechanic, or something similar
- Experience in woodworking or modular timber construction
- Career changers with a handy background and a love for working with wood are also welcome
- Technical savvy and manual skills
- Willingness to travel (mostly Southern Germany)
- A Class B driver’s license is a plus
- An independent, precise, and cost-conscious way of working
- Team spirit, flexibility, and an eye for quality
- Enthusiasm for helping shape our new business area
