Your tasks at Geiger
- Assembling our eco-friendly, prefabricated timber building modules into turnkey buildings as part of a team
- Helping out on custom timber construction projects such as residential buildings, public buildings, commercial properties, and similar projects with the highest possible level of prefabrication
- Installing flooring and doors at module transitions
- Fine-tuning/adjusting doors and windows
- Installing roof cladding
- Taking care of remaining work on the construction site
- Carrying out quality checks and documentation in line with company guidelines
- Doing rework and service/complaint jobs
What we’re looking forward to
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter/joiner (m/f/d), timber framer (m/f/d), wood mechanic (m/f/d), or similar
- Work experience in woodworking / timber module construction
- Career changers (m/f/d) with hands-on experience and a love of working with wood are also welcome
- Technical understanding and practical skills
- Willingness to travel (mainly Southern Germany)
- Class B driver’s license preferred
- Independent, precise, and cost-conscious way of working
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a strong focus on quality
- Motivation to help shape our new business area
