- Helping out with the technical planning of our construction projects
- Checking functional performance descriptions, planning docs, and technical documents
- Comparing and evaluating offers as well as creating and maintaining price comparisons
- Organizing and managing work preparation including scheduling
- Creating and sending out tender documents
- Coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders
- Helping to further develop and optimize internal workflows and processes
- Making sure resource planning is spot on
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in civil engineering, construction technology, or architecture, ideally focused on timber construction or a similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in turnkey or timber construction
- Solid knowledge in tendering and work preparation
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills and a strong team spirit
- A solution-oriented mindset
- Confident using standard project management tools, construction software, and MS Office
