- Support with the technical planning of our construction projects
- Checking functional performance descriptions, planning documents, and technical documents
- Comparing and evaluating offers as well as creating and maintaining price comparisons
- Organizing and managing work preparation including scheduling
- Creating and sending out tender documents
- Coordination and communication with project stakeholders
- Helping to further develop and optimize internal work and process workflows
- Ensuring optimal resource planning
What you bring to the table:
- Completed degree in civil engineering, construction technology, or architecture, ideally in timber construction or a similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in turnkey construction or timber construction
- Solid knowledge in tendering and work preparation
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
- Communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Confident use of common project management tools, construction software, and MS Office
