What’s in it for you
- Helping out with the technical planning of our construction projects
- Checking functional specs, planning docs, and technical files
- Comparing and evaluating quotes, plus creating and managing price mirrors
- Organizing and managing work preparation, including scheduling
- Putting together and sending out tender documents
- Coordinating and chatting with everyone involved in the project
- Helping to improve and optimize our internal workflows and processes
- Making sure resource planning is spot on
What you bring to the table
- A degree in civil engineering, construction technology, or architecture—ideally focused on timber construction—or a similar qualification
- A few years of experience in turnkey or timber construction
- Solid knowledge of tendering and work preparation
- An independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
- Great communication skills and a real team-player attitude
- A solution-oriented mindset
- Confidence using standard project management tools, construction software, and MS Office
