What you can expect
- Support with the technical planning of our construction projects
- Review of functional specifications, planning documents, and technical documentation
- Comparing and evaluating offers as well as creating and maintaining price comparison sheets
- Organizing and managing work preparation, including scheduling
- Preparing and sending out tender documents
- Coordinating and communicating with everyone involved in the project
- Helping develop and optimize internal workflows and processes
- Ensuring optimal resource planning
What you bring
- Completed degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or architecture—ideally with a focus on timber construction—or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in turnkey construction or timber construction
- Solid knowledge of tendering and work preparation
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and a real team mindset
- Solution-oriented thinking
- Confident with common project management tools, construction software, and MS Office
