What you can expect

• Supporting the technical planning of our construction projects
• Reviewing functional specifications, planning documents, and technical documentation
• Comparing and evaluating offers, plus creating and maintaining price comparison sheets
• Organizing and managing work preparation, including scheduling
• Preparing and sending out tender documents
• Coordinating and communicating with everyone involved in the project
• Helping develop and optimize internal workflows and processes
• Ensuring optimal resource planning

What you bring

• Completed degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or architecture—ideally with a focus on timber construction—or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in turnkey construction or timber construction
• Solid knowledge of tendering and work preparation
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and a real team mindset
• Solution-oriented thinking
• Confident with common project management tools, construction software, and MS Office
