What you will do with us
Tasks
- Lead the team of plant mechanics/mechanics (about 10 employees)
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of complex technical systems and delivering the contracted services in plant mechanics
- Point of contact for the customer for all questions within the area of responsibility
- Coordination of subcontractors
Profile
- Technical training recognized in Germany as a plant mechanic for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, mechatronics for refrigeration technology, central heating and ventilation builder, gas-water installer
- Further training as a technician or master, or several years of professional experience in a similar position
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience required - ideally in facility management or industrial maintenance - preferably with initial leadership experience in a similar team size
- Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation
- Language level at least C1 / Driver's license class
