- Supporting management with all organizational and administrative tasks related to occupational safety and fleet management
- Coordinating processes and appointments in occupational safety and the fleet area
- Preparing decision-making materials and relevant documents for management
- Ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external service providers
- Actively helping implement and further develop safety standards
- Supporting the legally compliant organization and optimization of fleet processes
