What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You're on-site and fully responsible for the quality execution of the contractual construction logistics tasks in the following areas: supply logistics, space management, material logistics, disposal and cleaning logistics including defect management, coordination of site setup, and personnel logistics.
- You manage your team and assigned subcontractors with a results-oriented approach while adhering to necessary safety regulations.
- You proactively contribute to the review and coordination of the contractually agreed services and change order management.
- You are the primary contact for the client and other project participants for operational execution and attend construction meetings.
- As a logistics manager, you are responsible for billing the contractually agreed services and ensuring performance documentation.
- What We Rely On
- Previous experience as a logistics manager in construction logistics.
- Alternatively, trained as a foreman, master craftsman, technician, business economist, or completed studies in the construction industry, or experience in facility management, as well as professional and leadership experience on construction sites in a similar field.
- Technical and operational understanding of work and logistics processes in construction.
- Strong cost awareness, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and social competence.
- High affinity for internal IT tools.
