What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You ensure the quality execution of the following partial tasks of the overall construction logistics: supply logistics, area management, material logistics, disposal and cleaning logistics including defect management, coordination of site setup, and personnel logistics.
- You are on-site and act as the contact person for the construction management, the subcontractors you coordinate, and other project participants who rely on the construction logistics services.
- Additionally, you monitor the compliance with work safety for your own services on the construction site.
- You ensure compliance with the guidelines from the construction logistics manual, report additional costs for extra services outside the contracted service specifications early, and ensure seamless documentation of the execution performance.
- You operate process-oriented logistics software.
- As a logistics coordinator (m/f/d), you regularly inspect the construction site and record deficiencies related to order and cleanliness.
- What we rely on
- Ideally, relevant experience in construction logistics or as a foreman (m/f/d) or supervisor (m/f/d) in the main or secondary construction industry, foreman (m/f/d) in the field of logistics, supply services, and/or secondary construction services with appropriate training or successfully completed vocational training in a trade.
- Openness to using selected IT tools, e.g., MS Office and company-specific construction logistics software.
- Forklift license is an advantage.
