Tasks at KS Engineering
- Responsible for the technical and financial handling of our gutting and hazardous material remediation sites in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria, keeping quality standards in mind
- Preparing, executing, and billing the assigned projects while sticking to relevant waste laws, safety rules, and other regulations
- Cost control
- Motivating leadership for the team at the Achstetten site
- Capacity and resource planning
- Supporting the site management in day-to-day business
What we're looking for
- A completed technical training or technical degree in a construction-related field
- Several years of work experience in gutting or demolition, ideally both
- Experience in leading people
- Independent and structured way of working as well as assertiveness, reliability, and team spirit
- Ideally solid market knowledge in gutting, hazardous material remediation, or demolition
