Your tasks at Geiger
- Taking full charge of creating bids for concrete repair projects
- Reviewing and assessing tender documents
- Checking quantities, estimating performance, and calculating costs
- Putting together cost-effective bids, job calculations, and change orders
- Leading contract negotiations and handling the bidding process right up to the signed contract
- Handing over projects to the site managers for execution
- Creating supplementary and working calculations
What we’re looking for
- A degree in civil engineering or a qualification as a construction technician
- Several years of experience as an estimator, ideally in concrete repair
- An independent way of working and a healthy dose of assertiveness
