Tasks at Geiger:
- Independent and complete preparation of bids for concrete repair projects
- Assessment and review of tender documents
- Quantity checks, performance estimates, and cost calculations
- Creation of economical bids and order calculations as well as change orders
- Leading contract negotiations and taking responsibility for the bidding process until the construction contract is signed
- Handing over projects to site managers for execution
- Preparation of supplementary and working calculations
What we're looking for:
- A degree in civil engineering or training as a construction technician
- Several years of professional experience as an estimator, ideally in concrete repair
- An independent way of working and assertiveness
