Estimator (m/f/d) Structural Work

Your Tasks

• Independently calculating shell construction services during the bidding phase of our building projects
• Reviewing and evaluating tender documents and handling technical clarifications with internal departments
• Creating and editing service specifications with BRZ
• Determining quantities and prices based on plans and models using BRZ and Revit
• Obtaining and comparing subcontractor offers
• Working closely with project management and work preparation to coordinate calculation bases

Your Profile

• Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Initial experience in calculating shell construction services is a plus
• Proficient in using BRZ and Revit programs
• Strong technical understanding and a good sense of costs and economic relationships
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Team player with clear, goal-oriented communication
