Estimator (m/f/d) Civil Engineering
What you will do with us
How do you shape the success of our construction projects at Implenia as an estimator?
- Taking over the estimation of construction and subcontractor services in civil engineering for demanding infrastructure projects for our Freiburg branch
- You're in charge of performance assessments in coordination with work preparation and identify opportunities and risks in construction projects along the way
- You're responsible for quantity take-offs, construction estimation, and plausibility checks of technical planning documents
- You create tender documents for subcontractors and suppliers and are responsible for evaluating incoming bids
- Supporting technical controlling in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing the working budget in construction is also part of your job
- You're responsible for creating supplementary estimates and related documents and preparing quotes for our customers
What experience and skills do you bring as an estimator for complex civil engineering projects in Freiburg?
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or something similar
- Ideally several years of professional experience in estimating and/or managing complex civil engineering projects in the German market
- Technical focus is on civil engineering
- Interest and commitment to making projects successful
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Proficient with standard IT applications
- Knowledge of the RIB iTWO (Arriba) estimation software
