Tasks at KS Engineering

• Taking full charge of creating quotes for gutting and hazardous material remediation projects for public and private clients
• Checking and evaluating tender documents
• Quantity take-offs, performance assessments, and cost calculations
• Creating cost-effective quotes and project calculations as well as change orders
• Leading contract negotiations and taking responsibility for the bidding process until the construction contract is signed
• Handing over projects to the site management for execution
• Creating quotes for additional work

What we're looking for

• A degree in civil engineering or training as a construction technician
• Several years of experience as an estimator, ideally in gutting or demolition
• An independent way of working and the ability to get things done
• Good knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) is a plus
