Tasks at KS Engineering
- Taking full charge of creating quotes for gutting and hazardous material remediation projects for public and private clients
- Checking and evaluating tender documents
- Quantity take-offs, performance assessments, and cost calculations
- Creating cost-effective quotes and project calculations as well as change orders
- Leading contract negotiations and taking responsibility for the bidding process until the construction contract is signed
- Handing over projects to the site management for execution
- Creating quotes for additional work

What we're looking for
- A degree in civil engineering or training as a construction technician
- Several years of experience as an estimator, ideally in gutting or demolition
- An independent way of working and the ability to get things done
- Good knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) is a plus
