Estimator / Work Planner (m/f/d) Gutting and Hazardous Material Remediation

Your tasks at KS Engineering: * Handling the full bidding process for gutting and pollutant removal projects for public and private clients. * Checking and evaluating tender documents. * Checking quantities, estimating performance, and figuring out costs. * Creating cost-effective bids, job calculations, and extra work orders. * Leading contract negotiations and taking charge of the bidding process until the construction contract is signed. * Scheduling equipment and materials. * Disposal logistics (talking to waste management companies). * Taking initial measurements on construction sites. * Creating risk assessments and project plans. * Handing over projects to site management. What we're looking for: * A degree in civil engineering or training as a construction technician. * Several years of experience as a cost estimator, ideally in gutting or demolition. * An independent way of working and the ability to hold your ground. * Good knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures) is a plus.
