- Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) for Hazardous Material Remediation
- We're looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) for challenging renovation projects in the field of existing building construction. The projects are located in both Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria, ranging from historical to more recent buildings.
- Location: Achstetten | Start: Immediately
Tasks at KS
- Assist experienced project managers in project management from preparation to billing of renovations (asbestos, PAH, and KMF)
- Support in compliance with waste laws, occupational safety, and environmental regulations
- Contribute to the economic optimization of projects considering contractual and technical requirements
- Take on your own projects after training
- Motivating leadership of interdisciplinary construction site teams
- Support in strategic planning of capacities and resources
- Actively shape the future in the field of "existing building construction" - a growth market with enormous potential

- A completed degree in construction project management, construction and real estate business administration, industrial engineering in construction, civil engineering, or similar
- Initial leadership and construction site experience
