Tasks at KS Engineering
- Shadowing experienced project managers in project control from prep to final billing of remediations (asbestos, PAH, and MMMF)
- Helping out with compliance regarding waste laws, occupational safety, and environmental regs
- Helping optimize projects economically while keeping an eye on contract and technical requirements
- Taking over your own projects after getting settled in
- Leading interdisciplinary site teams in a motivating way
- Supporting strategic planning for capacities and resources
- Actively helping shape the future in the "Building in Existing Contexts" sector - a growth market with massive potential
What we're looking for
- A degree in Construction Project Management, Business Admin for Construction and Real Estate, Industrial Engineering (Construction), Civil Engineering, or something similar
- Initial leadership and construction site experience
- A big willingness to learn and plenty of commitment
- An independent and structured way of working
- Assertiveness and reliability
