HR Payroll Specialist
What you will do with us
- Tasks
- You independently handle the monthly payroll for a defined group of employees and ensure that all contractual, tax, and social security regulations are followed.
- You record and maintain employee master data and movement data, keeping deadlines reliably in view.
- You manage all reporting, create certificates, and act as the central contact for health insurance companies, social security agencies, and authorities.
- You are the first point of contact for employees and managers for all payroll-related questions.
- You create statistics and personnel evaluations, providing valuable decision-making foundations for management.
- You support audits and actively participate in projects and cross-functional HR tasks.
- What We Rely On
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- You bring several years of experience in payroll, ideally in the HR department.
- You have solid IT user skills, especially in SAP HR and MS Office.
- You are characterized by a strong affinity for numbers and accuracy in your work.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and impress with your communication skills, teamwork, and initiative.
- You enjoy interacting with people and know how to act in a service-oriented and professional manner.
- You have strong German language skills.
