Your Mission – Our Mission

Are you excited about demanding pipe jacking work and do you prefer to get your hands dirty directly on the machines at the construction site? Then bring your know-how to our experienced team at Grund- und Tiefbau GmbH – at the heart of the Marti Group, one of Europe's leading construction companies in special civil engineering.

We are currently setting up a new branch for the German market. In doing so, we are drawing on the expertise of our Swiss sister company, Grund- und Tiefbau AG Basel. Together, we work with the most modern pipe jacking machines from leading manufacturers (Herrenknecht, Perforator, Geonex).

As a Drill Master / Equipment Operator, you take responsibility directly on-site at the drill, lead your crew on construction sites throughout Germany (and occasionally in Switzerland), and ensure that the drive runs safely and precisely.

• On-site leadership: Organization, responsibility, and management of jacking sites as well as leading the drilling team by example.

What you bring to the table

· Experience: Several years of professional experience in the field of pipe jacking (microtunneling, partial-face excavation, auger boring, hammer drilling, etc.) or tunneling. Professional experience in special civil engineering / pipe jacking is a plus.

· Mobility & Willingness to travel: Willingness for regional, national, and also international assignments.

· Personality: Flexibility, commitment, and reliability.

· Driver's license: Class B and BE licenses, Class CE is a plus (the company will fund the BE trailer license if needed).
