Tasks

  • Independently conducting inspections, maintenance according to DGUV-V3, testing, and repairs of building technical and electronic systems, including troubleshooting
  • Independently resolving issues and optimizing operational processes in the properties

Profile

  • Electrical engineering training recognized in Germany, e.g., as an Electronics Technician / Electrician / Energy Systems Electronics Technician / specializing in Energy and Building Technology / Operational Technology / Automation and System Technology or Electrical Installer
  • Ideally with initial work experience, e.g., as a Building Technician, but newcomers are also warmly welcome!
  • Customer-oriented, committed team member for whom teamwork and reliability are a given
  • Good German skills, at least very good B2 level / Class B driver's license
